New layout

Whoo! New layout!! I was on a mission to make or find a polka dotted layout because I'm obsessed with polka dotted anything recently, but this one caught my eye while browsing the web. The colours are semi-bright and modern, but the lace adds that feminine touch. I'll make a big post of Jason Wu for Target hauls and my new skincare regime reviews. Both are プチプラ(~^O^~) puchipura~
